CoBaLD Parsing
Participants are offered two tracks:
CoBaLD Parse: the task of developing a linguistic markup parser for English and Russian in the Enhanced CoBaLD format, including morphological, syntactic and semantic levels.
The format is based on Enhanced Universal Dependencies, involves restoring the ellipse for a number of vertices. Semantic markup is based on a simplified version of Compreno semantics and includes markup of word meanings and relationships between words. Two datasets are offered for training – Russian and English.
CoBaLD CLT: the task of creating a CoBaLD language markup parser for Hungarian or Serbian using a language transfer (Cross Lingual Transfer).
In this problem, morphosyntactic markup is based on the basic version of Universal Dependencies (UD) and does not involve the restoration of ellipted vertices. The semantic part, as in the first problem, is a simplified version of the semantic markup Compreno. Two small datasets are available for Serbian and Hungarian, containing manually verified markup.
